On April 29, 2023, students of the OP "Psychology and Management in Education" took part in a psychological training for medical workers on the basis of the "Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 1 of Karaganda". Psychotraining was conducted by practicing psychologists: international trainer, psychologist-addictologist, defectologist, acting member of ISSUP Malaeva A.M., psychologist-addictologist, acting member of ISSUP Astashova A.S., international trainer, family system psychologist, addictologist, Honored Health Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yusupova I.V.
For students of the OP "Psychology and management in education" - it was a master class on psychotraining. Students were able not only to observe the work of professional psychologists, but also to experience the effect of the exercises offered by the trainers.
The master class contributed to mastering practical skills and training skills, aroused interest in modern psychotechnologies and motivated students to self-development and self-study.
On April 26, 2023, within the walls of the university, the Chairman of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yelikbayev Kuanysh Nurlanovich held a platinum lecture with students and faculty of the Department of Commodity Science and Certification. In addition, Deputy General Director of the RSE "National Accreditation Center" Akimov Absamat Abzhaparovich, Deputy General Director of the RSE "Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology" Tokanov Toktabek Dzhanabilevich, Head of the RSU "Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda region" Kasymov Bauyrzhan Tulegenovich, Head of the branch of the Karaganda region of the RSE "Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology" Abdirov Daniyar Abubakirovich.
As part of the lecture, issues of integration processes carried out within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as according to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were considered. The teaching staff and students of the department also received answers to their pressing questions.
On April 26, 2023, a tourist quest for schoolchildren of the Shakhty region was held on the summer playground of the sports complex of our university. The quest takes place for the second year in a row, the organizers are the Department of Tourism and Restaurant Business. Teachers, staff and students took part in the preparation and conduct of the quest game.
The use of this form of the game was primarily aimed at getting to know the university by completing the tasks specified in the itinerary. Bright sun, wonderful weather, entertaining stages of the quest gave a lot of unforgettable emotions to both the participants of the competition and their organizers. The guys confidently competed in the tests for the collection and disassembly of the tent, in the passage of the ferry, laying the sleeping bag, etc., showed themselves as avid tourists!
Based on the results of the quest game, the jury revealed the winners who showed the best time of completing the quest, the largest amounts of points received at the stages of the game.
Many of the participants expressed a desire to study at our university.

On April 27, 2023, representatives of KamaTyresKZ LLP met with students of the educational programs "Logistics", "Standardization, Certification and Metrology", "Food Technology", organized by the University Resource Center.
The KamaTyresKZ LLP plant is one of the largest projects of republican significance in the Karaganda region. At the moment, the plant is at the stage of commissioning with subsequent entry into commercial operation. In this regard, the company needs professional administrative, managerial and technical personnel.
A representative of the personnel service of the plant and a process engineer told about the basic requirements for employment, safety regulations, rationing of working hours, etc. To obtain practical skills and abilities, students were offered available vacancies and the opportunity to complete professional and pre-graduate internships in the company.
Students asked potential employers questions about the features and conditions of their future profession, which gives them confidence in solving the problem of future employment and self-realization.
On April 15, the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted an international scientific and theoretical online conference "Youth and the modern state: problems of social and legal interaction", dedicated to the Day of Kazakhstan Science. The conference was organized by cadets of the Scientific society of the Academy.
The forum was attended by representatives of departmental universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the Department for Youth Policy of the Karaganda region, as well as students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The participants of the conference exchanged best practices and knowledge in the field of combating crime.

On April 27, 2023, the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted a "platinum lecture" by the psychologist Gabdrakipova Natalia Vasilyevna of the MSE on PCV "Regional Mental Health Center" of the Health Department of the Karaganda region for students of the educational programs "Psychology and Management in Education" and "Social Work".
Meeting with a practicing psychologist is an important experience for students and an opportunity to learn new facets of the profession. During the lecture, students learned about the specifics of the work of a psychologist in a drug dispensary, methods of working with drug-dependent patients; social programs for the prevention and treatment of drug addiction; psychological practices of working with people with various types of addiction. On April 21, the All-Russian competition of student works in the field of psychological and pedagogical education was held, organized by the Moscow Witte University.
The aim of this competition was to reveal the scientific potential of students, develop interest in scientific activity, develop research skills, introduce them to the world scientific heritage, critically comprehend it and analyze the possibilities of theoretical and practical use.
Independently completed and completed scientific works of students, raising topical psychological and pedagogical problems, were submitted to the competition.
Students of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz of the second year of the educational programs "Social Work" and "Psychology and management in education" in the person of Angelina Gadyukova (ПиМО-21-2); Katarina Golubeva and Anastasia Gorbunova (СР-21-2) presented the project "Trainings for the formation of a coping strategy as a way to influence psychological well-being personalities of students of helping professions". The scientific supervisors were the head of the Chair of Psychology, pedagogy and social work Ph.D., associate professor M.K. Abdakimova and the teacher Grossul N.S.
The project was prepared within the framework of the initiative research topic "Technologies of coping strategies in ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the individual", implemented by the Chair of Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Work and raises an important issue of preserving psychological well-being by representatives of professions vulnerable to stress and emotional burnout.
According to the results of the competition, the research conducted by the students was highly appreciated by the commission and was awarded 1st place among all the submitted scientific papers.
A competent scientific approach, dedication, competence and the search for effective solutions to current problems of our time are the components that helped our students to show such a high result. We wish them not to stop and continue to develop successfully in the scientific field!
On April 25, 2023, the representative of JSC "Financial Center" Ibraeva Zhanat Sametovna met with graduates studying on the basis of a state educational order on the issues of mandatory grant processing, distribution and employment.
During the visit, a meeting was also held with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Strategic Development, Doctor of Economics, Professor G.E. Nakipova.
This meeting was attended by students, undergraduates and doctoral students of our university, a total of 50 people were present.
Ibraeva Zh.S. explained the rules for working out state educational grants:
- Since 2021, master's and doctoral students who studied at the expense of the state on a state educational grant must work for 3 years after graduation. At the same time, the rules for working out from 2021 have been simplified: graduates can work out the required period not only in state organizations, as previously required, but also in private ones.
- A norm has been introduced to reimburse the expenses incurred by the state for training, in proportion to the actual period of study. That is, if a student studied for two years on a grant and then transferred to a paid form, he will have to work out the time corresponding to the number of years of free training. The same rule applies in the case when students studying for a fee enter through a competition for vacant places on a grant.
- The referral for working out is provided in advance by the Commission for the Distribution of graduates created by the university. The graduate must start working from September 1 in the year of graduation from a higher educational institution.
- In case of non-fulfillment of obligations for working out, responsibility for reimbursement of training costs is provided.
- It is not necessary to work out when paying for training expenses, as well as in the case of: absence of vacancies in the locality at the place of residence, work or service of the spouse; disability of group I and II; admission for further study to residency based on a state educational order, master's degree, doctoral degree; pregnancy; if persons have, and also independently raise a child (children) under the age of three.
At the end of the meeting, the graduates asked questions about working out, they received a full detailed answer to all the questions posed.
The annual XV Republican Student Subject Olympiad on the educational program «Social Work» was held on April 20-21. The purpose of the Republican Olympiad is to stimulate the educational and cognitive and research activities of students, to reveal the professional and personal potential of students, their self-awareness, creative abilities, to create conditions for self-realization and self-affirmation, to educate students' citizenship, to select and support the most talented and gifted students, to form an active professional attitude to improving the education system.

The team of students of «Wet Together» under the leadership of the head of the Department of PPSW Ph.D., Associate Professor M.K. Abdakimova adequately demonstrated the knowledge, skills and competencies in conducting research and creative activities.
The students prepared a video with the active involvement of the bases of the UNPC «DAMU».
The team developed and presented a social project on the topic "NEET" SANATYNDAGY ZHASTARDY AKPARATTANDYRU ARKYLY BELSENDI KOGAMGA TARTU, which is implemented on the basis of the Youth Resource Center and Employment Centers and Social programs. In the nomination «The Best social project», the project of our team received the first place.
During the third stage of the Olympiad, our students offered the most optimal, effective and extraordinary solutions to the case.
In all 3 stages of the competition, our team «We Together» scored maximum points, took leading positions and deservedly took 1st place.
