"The Sustainable Development Goals adopted on the basis of the UN Assembly on September 25, 2015 in accordance with resolution 70/1 "Transforming our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" covers a wide range of issues. Sustainable development is the main principle of the Treaty on the European Union and a priority goal of domestic and foreign policy of many States. The United Nations 2030 Agenda includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) designed for universal application in all countries. This is a commitment to eradicate poverty and create a sustainable world by 2030 and beyond, based on the well-being of people and a healthy planet." Kazakhstan has also committed itself to achieving these goals. The priorities of the activity are the creation of an effective dialogue between the parties, the maintenance of effective regional cooperation, the reform of public policy to ensure the achievement of the SDGs.
Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz is ready to contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in accordance with the main directions of the university's activities.
