On May 17, 2019, a meeting with potential employers for university students was held in Resource Center of Department of strategic development.
Representatives of large industrial companies arrived in order to inform students about employability.
At the meeting, EFES Kazakhstan JSC for students of university was held a very exciting game for self-expression and in teamwork. Specialists also presented information that contributes to employment and development of professional skills among students.
Students listened with interest to invited employers, had the opportunity to get answers to all questions, and successfully coped with the game.
The main result of the meeting: EFES Kazakhstan JSC has filled vacancies by our students and gained great staff.
On April 25, 2019 students of Education program "Logistics" of the chair "Marketing and logistics" took part in the International Olympiad on Economics for students of 1-2 courses for non-economic specialties organized by Ufa state oil technical University together with Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
According to the results of the Olympiad students of the group Log-22 Seysembaev Adilkhan and Romanov German took seconds place. Students of the group Log-22 Bogdyakov Pavel, Afanasiev Dmitry, Nagaybekova Lyubov and Sabitova Victoria took thirds place. CONGRATULATIONS!
Joint-stock company «SEC Saryarka» in the framework of innovative and industrial development of the country held an event to attract startups with innovative projects among young people - Hard day, which was attended by students of Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz: Zhanbekov Adilkhan, Mazhitov Saken, Ptitsyn Nikita, Sakenova Indira, Balykbekova Zhuldyz, Musabekova Dilara, Kairatkyzy Diana, Shaikenova Zarina, Zholdybai Altynay. As a result, KEUK students received a certificate and the right to a free consultation from successful entrepreneurs in Almaty, as well as free 2-month training in a business school.
The Department of “World economy and international relations” of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz held an online meeting with partners from the Kuban State Agrarian University as part of the cooperation agreement between two universities. The conference themed “Historical memory of the Great Patriotic War in minds of the youth of two countries” was dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Students of the KEUK Yesekeeva Anetta, Zhenіskhan Gulimay (supervisors Kaliyeva G.K., Sapar A.D.) prepared informative reports, revealing the historical role of the Victory of Soviet troops over Nazi Germany.
The dialogue held between the students of the two countries demonstrated the desire of today's youth to preserve peace and harmony on the planet, their knowledge of history of the Great Patriotic War, and respect for the heroism of the older generation.
May 4, 2019 in the walls of ENU. The Department of "Social work and the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan" together with the KEUK library held a round table dedicated to the 74th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war on the theme "no One is forgotten, nothing is forgotten". Senior lecturer S. SH. Mustafin held a quiz "Kazakhstan during the great Patriotic war (1941-1945), then demonstrated a documentary about the war. In conclusion, an exhibition of books about the great Patriotic war was organized.
Under the UNPK, with the support of the KSU "Station of Young Naturalists", the Department of Education of Karaganda. 1st year students of the specialty “Ecology” took an active part in the action “Plant a Tree”. In total, 50 seedlings were planted on the territory of the KSU "Station of Young Naturalists".
The Chairman of the Board, member of the Council for the transition to a green economy under the President of Kazakhstan S. Rakhimbekov, expressed gratitude to the head of the "Coalition for green economy and development G-Global". On April 30, 2019, the “KEUK Talks” conference, the first conference-platform of this format, was held at the university.
“KEUK Talks” is a KEUK platform, which allows people to keep up their desire for knowledge, to acquaint them with advanced ideas and experience in all areas of science, culture and practice.
4 speakers (3 from them external) took a part in “KEUK Talks” conference:
1. Zhanabayev Daniyar – “Bolashak” Academy student – “Reducing youth employment”. Daniyar spoke first and touched on one of the most important problems of today's youth, he announced the causes and solutions to the problem.
2. Rakhimov Yerlan - Director of the Language Center, teacher, entrepreneur, lawyer, spoke on the topic “Business development without investments”. Yerlan shared how from scratch and without investments people can open successful business, and Yerlan revealed marketing secrets.
3. Turakova Madina - “Bolashak” Academy student – “Visualization as a way of successful learning languages”. Madina made a presentation in English, shared methods of learning foreign languages by visualizing on the example of English.
4. Kose Zhanna – c.e.s., business coach, psychologist, ICU professional coach, neurography specialist – “How to fill the life with meaning?” Zhanna shared her life experience, giving advice on the real life purpose.
Students listened with interest to the invited speakers, there was a lively dialogue, and students had the opportunity to get answers to all their questions. Invited speakers were given letters of appreciation for participating in the conference.
After the conference, feedback was received from KEUK students and “Bolashak” Academy about the event.
May 3, 2019 at Karaganda economic University under the leadership of Vice-rector K.Abilov held a round table "Continuity of the course of Elbasy N. Nazarbayev". The reports were made by the delegate of the 27th session of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan "Formula of peace and harmony: unity and modernization" M.Abdakimova and senior lecturer A. Badel. In the process of working with students discussed the current situation in the world and Kazakhstan, the tasks set before the APK and society, the prospects for further growth and development on the basis of preserving and strengthening peace, harmony, unity in the country.
On May 31, 2019, a round table was held dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression. This day, since 1997, is annually celebrated in our country, as a tribute to the memory of the innocent victims of the Bolshevik regime era from mass repression, famine and deportations. The following persons spoke at the round table: Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Abilov K.Zh., Senior Lecturers of the Department of SR and ANK Mustafin S.Sh. and Badel A. They told the gathered student youth about the reasons for the repressions, about the fate of the repressed figures of the national intelligentsia of Kazakhstan, the fate of the peoples of the USSR deported to Kazakhstan, the consequences of the mass famine, answered numerous questions from students.
