To produce the first in my life resume, you can use the form resume writing in a text editor Word. In the "File" menu you must choose "Create", choose "General Templates", then - tab "Other Documents" and put things on the type of job, which is more to my liking - a classic, stylish and professional. It lists all the basic items: name, phone, address, age, purpose, education, work experience, personal information. First we need to visually separate items with the name and contact information. The more contacts indicated, the easier it is to find a candidate for the position. Once all items are marked and set up the backbone, you can begin to build the entire text rezyume.Prezhde should identify the objective pursued - a specific position, or if it's easier, sphere of activity in which it will be possible to apply their knowledge and experience. This line must precede the rest of the information. If there is no ready job title, should see what vacancies are general, and clarify how can be called the position that it would be desirable zanyat.U graduate who studied diligently, attended additional courses and tried to break through internships, rarely have experience of constant long-term work. If experience is available, it is commonly described in reverse chronological order and in front of the time and place of work indicate their position and function, with an emphasis on professional achievements. If the experience is not present, and graphs with a dash set is not necessary. Recruiters and HR managers are well aware that they face a worker just starting, so in summary, it is important to mention listened special courses or trainings passed, if any. Internship or practice counted equally with experience and good training costs several time prorabotok.Ne need to dwell too much on the "personal qualities". This section - rather a formality and a tribute to business etiquette. No one would hire someone just because he has shown in the summary of such qualities as "crystal honesty" or "a high level of physical fitness." The employer may be interested only that somehow relates to the skills. Dedication, diligence, active life, the desire to work - the best personal qualities of the young man.

How to be interviewed
Find information about the employer
When applying for a first job an average young professional circulate your resume as a lot of companies. Initial positions in various companies similar to each other and there is no reason to narrow the search after themselves. But if the candidate for an interview to highlight specific company, it is necessary to collect on it as much as possible information. The first and most open way of learning - the site of the enterprise and information about the company in the media, which can be easily found on the Internet. Many, especially in large companies, there is a section "Vision and Mission", and from there you can adopt a couple of sentences to better match the image of the employee of the company. If you drive a company name in the search box of any search engine, in a matter of seconds you can get a lot of relevant information about the company. This information can be easily shine on sobesedovanii.Drugoy more difficult way to find information about potential employers - find friends, have specific information about the company. People who could say what the atmosphere in the company, what are the prospects, as there are and what is expected of staff.
Think about answers
The most important part of the preparation for the interview - thinking of answers to possible questions and drawing avantazhnoy self. Not necessarily think over the smallest details, but the basic direction should be clear. The question that can not be avoided, it sounds like this: "Why did you choose this job?" And the other, no less popular, "What attracts you work it in this company?" Do not answer that position no choice and it is the only position, which can expect an intern immediately after high school. And the more it is not necessary to admit that you do not care where to start to work, the main thing - to get it. This approach ensures a denial of work, as evidenced by the lack of motivation.
Other possible questions in the interview:
- That will be the most difficult for you in this job? - Do you see yourself in 2-3 years? - What is your ideal career? - What is your track record? After answering must be prepared to explain why you responded. Streamlined answers - good exercise for the brain, but they are unlikely recruiter satisfied. So that all arguments must be prepared in advance.
Self-presentation.
As part of any interview is such an important part as self-presentation. Self-presentation - that is the only part of the interview, when the candidate is completely in control and has the ability to maximally advantageous to present themselves. With the move these things work out often, so there is also need to be trained. It is best to write a plan that list all the possible reasons for making hiring you. If the work experience for a job or not enough, we must conquer the future employer enthusiasm and loyalty. We must try to find out in advance what duties the post involves and how realistic these responsibilities will vypolnyat.Posle it is already possible to talk about their qualities from the other side, which is the company's interests. In preparing his speech, it is necessary to take into account that it should not be too wordy. A candidate may have many commendable qualities, but the employer is primarily interested, for which he will pay the money to the employee as a specialist. Therefore, the recruiter will hear enough of those qualities that are stated in the requirements for the job.
Neat and punctual
We should not forget about the technical stuff needed to create a favorable image of the responsible person. The main thing here - the dress code and punctuality. At the interview better comply with business style, if we are not talking about hiring a designer or advertising agency, where appearance is not important. Not necessarily immediately put on a suit, tie and polished shoes sparkle, but the candidate who arranged the bank should not come in the stretched T-shirt and torn jeans with sneakers without socks. Even more important is not the style of clothing, and the degree of cleanliness of the candidate. In addition to the manifestations of civilization that emphasizes respect for sobesedniku.Tochnost - the politeness of kings. If the location where the interview is outside the usual routes of the candidate, in order to avoid delay it is necessary beforehand to see the address on the map and calculate how long it takes to get to it. In the case of \ when the delay is still not avoid, it is better to warn the person with whom an appointment. This is any better than the shy apology after the fact. According to experts, the employer usually evaluates the candidate in three main ways: formal compliance, motivation and personal attractiveness that can elicit sympathy (of course, it's not so much the external beauty, but in the manner of behavior, according to individual ideas about the ideal employer candidate). Would be a shame if the satisfaction of the first two parameters candidate alienate themselves from the recruiter or employer breath, strange or unkempt hair, or a delay of half an hour.
Mental attitude
Esche one important part of the training - mental attitude. Of course, can happen any, but must be adjusted for success. All nervousness, depression, fear and thoughts of failure to remain at the door rekrutinskogo agency or office of the employer. Smile, looseness, courtesy, friendliness to the recruiter - that would indicate that the person is self-assured. A confident person - with the obligatory presence of restraint - gives the impression of a man who can be entrusted with important work. Another aspect of mental preparation - compliance with the willingness and ability of the candidate. Too many graduates have today an interesting and well-paid job than what they offered at first. Here, in order not to feel constant frustration, it is better to lower the bar and prepare for a gradual ascent through the ranks, and not be labeled directly into the heads.
The interview process
An interview with a recruiter and employer - the important stage in the process of getting a job, where the main role is played by the human factor. The decision takes the man who for half an hour should see and appreciate the professional skills of the candidate. The applicant shall, respectively, have half an hour to convince the interlocutor in his indispensability. In order to successfully pass an interview, a candidate in addition to his professional competence required to comply with certain rules igry.Vsem clear that people are looking for work in order to get paid for something that they can do, rather than to spread the ideals of a particular company. But business etiquette involves little theatricality. The process of buying an employee must be furnished with beautiful and desirable maximum inclusion in the very subject of the purchase - kandidata.Pervaya thing that you will seek to find out in an interview - the level of professionalism and matching your skills and personal qualities of vacancies. Recruiters expect from the candidates a clear idea of what they will do in a new place, whether they understand the essence of their future responsibilities. On the other hand, they are meticulously checked as sent by CV corresponds to reality. If the resume was not written honestly and without embellishment, it has nothing to fear. But if it turns out that the "conduct of international projects" implies translations from English, the conversation can not continue zaladitsya.Potom recruiter or a member of staff of the company - the employer may begin to ask questions to determine the degree of motivation of the applicant. Here it is important to show the candidate their interest and willingness to effectively perform the tasks. In all of this, that future work can be quite routine, during the interview better show a little more excitement and enthusiasm. And the more important it is to make young professionals who have not yet reached any particular career success and assets have only basic skills. Answers to questions should be brief and vivid. When properly structured behavioral strategies man never looks so perfect, as listed in the vacancy sobesedovanii.Esli this requirement, such as resistance to stress, the candidate can test it already on the interview. This can be seen in different ways. Indelicate personal question, boorish remarks to a normal life - it can all be part of the test. There is verified as the candidate is able to maintain composure and self-control. Modes of behavior in this situation, there are several. Say that you understand that this is a test to stress and get away from the subject or the recruiter or employer to assure that no personal circumstances prevent to do the work. Important here is not even an answer, but to preserve calm intonatsii.Kogda interview comes to an end, the candidate also has the right to ask about the future place of work and thereby demonstrate a serious attitude. The only question that it is not necessary to ask first - information on wages and benefits. According to the rules of etiquette market in the first meeting this subject, as a rule, not the end of the interview podnimayut.Po need to thank a friend for the opportunity to meet. If we consider the feeling that the interview did not go too smoothly, and a high probability of failure of the job, you should ask the recruiter that he can advise for a successful interview. Even with a negative outcome traveled interview - this is an additional experience and familiarity with a search engine works.
HOW TO BECOME A PERSPECTIVE CANDIDATE
You’ve graduate from university and you want to work, but who and where to go to work, in which direction to develop, wherewith a young specialist can interest the employer? Don’t you want to waste a time and act by trial and error method? Indeed, it is important to find the right answers to these questions. What is a good job? Let's start with the fact that the choice of employment should be determined not only the circumstances of life, the profile and prestige of the university, high earnings. The important thing is that when you work, you will feel the charge of energy, and this will allow you to overcome difficulties at the first stage, to achieve a result. On a properly chosen job: • you don’t experience moral suffering when you go to work; • expended forces are quickly replenished; • you consider your work as interesting and important for society, proudly tell about it to your friends and acquaintances; • you like people who do the same thing; • you are ready to study, grow professionally, and you can see the future. But for finding a job for the soul, you need to determine your own desires and inclinations. Only after this you should start looking for a work. For getting more complete picture about whether can you make up a good pair with selected work, examine yourself and prospective profession performing the following six steps. Step 1. Determine what thing takes you the most. It can be reading books and newspapers, including the topic you are interested in, music, sport, technology, the ability to make something out of improvised materials, travel, business, science, etc. It is important to remember you know about what you are interested in, more than your friends. Step 2. Determine what kind of work you do best, for this, prepare and study in more detail a list of skills and abilities. Mark 5-7 of your strongest qualities from this list. You definitely have to rely on specific examples from your life, not limited to the experience of studying or former work. This list can include, for example, the ability to express thoughts in writing, lead a conversation, public speaking, convince, sell, work in a team, teach, consult, organize the work of others, easy to meet people, work with numbers and collect the information, solve problems involving the calculation, work with the computer, memorize details, understand how to operate tools, machines, precision and accuracy, presence an aesthetic sense, creative imagination, discipline, planning, the ability to resolve conflicts and etc. Step 3. Make a list of your requirements for work that you consider ideal for yourself, from the most important moments to the most insignificant. For example: “The work that I like suggests an opportunity of coming up with new ideas. I can produce quality goods or services. For me, my authority and recognition of colleagues are important. It allows me to organize my time and workplace, to independently control both the process and the result. The work requires careful planning and is carried out without haste”. Or another example: “A job that I like requires me to be very observant and allows me to show my ability to remember facts and details well. It gives an opportunity to deal with practical things. It is carried out within of a traditional, stable, orderly structure, which is aimed at practical results. It’s necessary at work to adhere to the established order, to use the experience and bring everything to a conclusion carefully and orderly”. Step 4. Consist a possible employment list or profession list which interested you. Which of your skills and abilities will you be able to show? Step 5. Try to learn as much as possible about the professions that interest you. Read more about it in magazines, newspapers and on Internet sites. Meet and talk with person who has succeeded in this profession. Imagine how a person's career develops in this profession. Are you ready to spend at least one third of the day in their midst for many years? Step 6. If to this moment you have an idea of your strengths and preferences, consider what responsibilities you will have to fulfill, for example, a financial analyst, a marketing specialist, or a sales person. After that you can start choosing a potential employer. It’s important to understand that employee’s duties of a small company are more varied and multifaceted, than in a large company where you can get a private operation of the general process. Which is closer for you, you should decide yourself. How to get this job? What would you answer this question: “Suppose that there are four people with about the same qualification as you? What makes you different from them, why after reviewing your resume, the employer should invite you to the interview?” These six steps are the preparatory stage of job search, and if you will find the answers to all questions, you will determine sphere of your professional interests by preparation the resume. Then following the results of the interview with you the potential employer will write down: “A mature is able to set a goal and find information. Experience does not yet have but asked pertinent questions. He knows a lot about the profession and our company. He is a promising candidate”.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUNG AND PERSPECTIVE EXPERTS FROM 22 YEARS OLD OF THE COMPANY'S INITIAL AND AVERAGE LEVELS POSITION:
1. Learn a foreign language, even spoken. English is now mandatory in any case, but it is advisable to know the second one - perhaps German, French or some other. 2. Raise the qualification - pass trainings, seminars on the chosen specialty. Professional additional knowledge is always welcome but choose carefully training programs - less is better but in reliable schools that have proven themselves in the market. Knowledge from related areas is generally welcomed, but it is worthwhile to prioritize. 3. Work on your own image, self-presentation skills, the ability to persuade, to negotiate. In any case, wherever you work, you have to work with people, and these skills will certainly be useful to you. Also, in order to make a career, you need to be able to "sell" yourself - whether to the new employer, the current boss, or your new team. And here again skills of self-presentation will be useful. 4. A successful person is usually multifaceted. An interesting hobby will help relieve stress after work, increase vitality and, accordingly, make you more optimistic, brighter and more successful person.
HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS AN INTERVIEW
Conduct informational exploration If we rephrase a well-known aphorism, then we can say: who owns the information, controls the situation at the interview. Before you go to the office of organization, you should find out: • with whom will you discuss: with the chief, the head of the personnel department or his ordinary employee; • interview format (group or individual, question-answer or self-presentation); • dress code and things that you need to have with you (documents, gadgets, etc.); • how to get there (it's unacceptable to be late). • It will help to find out: the company's website or call the office. Make a notice of the answers to common questions Interview for a job at the same time are similar and not similar to each other. Many people heard about stressful interviews where employer can suddenly start to shout at the applicant for getting him out of the rut. There is also a so-called case-interview, the applicant is placed in certain circumstances (for example, a conversation with a disgruntled customer) and watch how he solves the problem. It’s not always possible to find out what type of interview employers prefer in a particular company, thus you should be ready for anything. For this make a notice of answers to typical questions and requests (they are asked in 99.9% of cases): • top-5 of your main advantages; • what are you good at; • strategic directions of self-development; • offers for the work of the company; • your life and work philosophy; • your short-term and long-term goals; • unusual tasks that you had to solve. Also beforehand you should prepare a list of topics that you would like to discuss with HR-manager. Interpret the questions of the employer “A” is not always mean “A”, and twice two is not always mean four. Recruiters sometimes ask tricky questions, where behind a simple formulation lays a cunning plan - to force the applicant to say more than he should. A simple question: "What kind of salary do you want to get?" But the answer helps the interviewer to understand your motivation: money, social guarantees, work schedule and other. If you are asked - did you have the conflicts with colleagues and how did you solve it, so probably HR-manager wants to find out are you inclined to take responsibility or are accustomed to shifting it to others. Tricky questions - a lot. You must be able to see "double bottom" (without fanaticism!). Think about your non-verbal behavior HR-managers are people, not machines. They like everyone pay attention to non-verbal signs: appearance, facial expressions, gait, gestures and etc. An experienced professional can be denied only because he misbehaved. Think in advance the body language. If you are familiar with excitement leg twitches, then sit cross-legged. If you knock your fingers on the table, try to take a hand with something, such as a ballpoint pen. HR-managers are people, not machines. They understand you are nervous. But the naturalness in non-verbal communication will increase the credit of trust to you. Set the "taboo" on certain topics “Tell us about yourself”, - the interviewer asks. “I was born on April 23, 1991 (horoscope Taurus). Played football, was captain of the city team. Further graduated from the university…” – if the applicant's story goes like this, he will not see his work position in this company. There are things uninteresting for employer and not characterize you as a professional. For example, the year of birth (he will see it in your resume), the sign of the zodiac and sporting achievements. There are topics on which you need to set a "taboo" for yourself: • retelling the resume; • personal life goals (to buy a house, have children etc.); • company reputation and its peers; • the reputation of the company and its employees; • skills and experience not related to the future work (great cook, good at plumbing, etc.); • failure demonstrating incompetence. Just like you planned about what will speak, write and remember the topics that should be ignored. Also think about how to give a correct answer, if you are asked about it. Behold to calm down Interviewing is nervous. You can forget what your name is, not to mention the demonstration of business qualities. In order to calm down, look around. Look around the office, technique, employees. Details will tell you a lot about the company where you going to work, and it’s analyze will help you to calm down. A critical view of the firm and future colleagues can increase the feeling of self-importance. Remember: a company needs in a good employee as much as you in a good work. Take the initiative in your hands. As a rule, in the interviewing comes a moment when an interviewer and an interviewee change of places and an applicant has an opportunity to ask interested questions. Don’t waste your time on useless questions “Do you call me yourself or will I call you back?”, “Why is this position open?” etc. Show yourself as an enterprising collaborator. Ask: • Does the company have any actual problem? What do you think how can I help you? • Could you describe how do you imagine an ideal applicant for this work position? • What advice would you give to the person who stars working in your company? Following these tips will prepare you to the interview and will enhance the chances of finding a job.
