November 3, 2019 teachers of the department of Advanced Mathematics held Olympiad at mathematics among pupils of 9-11 grades of comprehensive secondary schools. 144 pupils from 22 schools took part in Olympiad, where the winners were determined:

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, K. A. Nevmatulina, Deputy Director of the Center for International programs, projects and Academic mobility, took part in the IV International week, held in the foreign partner University Santiago de Compostella (Spain) from 04 to 08 November 2019.
Participants of the IV International week were from more than 40 universities and 20 countries, such as-Russia, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jordan, Syria, Iran, etc.
"Transformation of management in the era of the digital economy"
As part of the “Management Week” on November 13, 2019, the Department of Management and Innovation organized a scientific master class “Transformation of Management in the Digital Economy”.
The speakers of the master class were Tasbulatova B. - exclusive Partner of Prof-Dialog LLC in Kazakhstan, Tulip Zh. Zh. - chief specialist of the State Institution “Health Care Administration of the Karaganda Region”, Otarbaev A. Zh. - head of the PIXEL project studio, chief project manager company "SAABR".
The master class was attended by representatives of schools in Karaganda, representatives of business structures, undergraduates and doctoral students of the university.
On November 7-8, 2019, the National Office of the Erasmus+ Program in Kazakhstan organized the Erasmus+ Information Day, which was held within the walls of the Almaty Technological University. The purpose of the event was to familiarize the participants with the requirements and innovations of the Erasmus+ program and national and regional priorities, as well as to give practical recommendations for the development of project applications and implementation of the projects.
Practical recommendations and advice on the participation and implementation of the project within the framework of the program of Jean Monnet, given by the senior lecturer of the Department of World Economy and International Relations and project coordinator Dinara Atabayeva, received positive feedback from the participants of the Information Day.
On November 7, an online conference was held, held by Bashkir State University in conjunction with the Department of Marketing and Logistics of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. During the broadcast, topical issues on the organization of interdisciplinary research, macroeconomic problems of the modern economy were discussed. The co-organizer of the conference, the head of the conference, acted on the Kazakhstan side. cafe “Marketing and Logistics” Mazhitova SK, student of the group Log-18-2 Gayvoronsky Vladislav with a report on the theme “Development of modern business in the digital economy”.

Following the results of the conference, a collection will be compiled, including with the works of students from Kazakhstan.
On October 16, 2019, the Department of Marketing and Logistics held the annual International (Cathedral) student conference “Forum of Young Researchers”, which was attended by students and undergraduates from Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Kokshetau, Almaty, Temirtau, Astana, Taraz, Karaganda.
Based on the materials of the conference, an electronic collection has been formed.

The Department of «Social work and Assembly of people of Kazakhstan» held an international scientific and practical seminar «Trends of modern education as a strategic resource of socio-economic, political, legal and spiritual development of society».
The international seminar was attended by heads and employees of government agencies, NGOs, NGOs, domestic and foreign scientific and pedagogical workers, doctoral students, undergraduates and students.
Considerable attention was paid to the discussion of the state, problems and prospects of development of inclusive education, practice-oriented approach to education, implementation of competency-based approach in the conditions of digitalization of education, Megatrends in the development of modern higher education.
The participants of the seminar unanimously expressed the opinion that education will become an effective factor of economic and social development of society only through the appeal to the person, his spiritual world and creative potential.
In our University active students 1 and 2 courses of the faculty of Economics and management organized a charity fair aimed at raising funds for gifts to children from the orphanage "Tansholpan". The fair was very fruitful and brought revenue of 30,000 tenge. Also in the course of this event, 1st year students were awarded for their activity.
October 31, 2019 in order to improve the legal literacy of young people, the formation of a sense of patriotism among the students and active citizenship in Karsu.E. A. Buketova regional Olympiad on knowledge of the Constitution and state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan among students of higher educational institutions was held. Students of the specialty "jurisprudence" in the teams: Kazakh branch "bars" Begaz Bekarys, Baimaganbetov Didar, Abilova Dinara took the III place and the Russian branch "Olympus" Dikun Peter, garifulina Asiya, Sabina dzhanaeva took the II place Congratulate!!!
The department of «Social work and ANK» KEU held a contest «Young social workers 2019», dedicated to the day of social workers, consisting of four nominations, which was attended by students of KEU, Central Kazakhstan Academy, College «Bolashak», Karaganda banking College. According to the results of the competition, the Grand prix was won by the team «Zhan zhyluy» from the College «Bolashak». The first place was taken by the team of KEU «Shuak», the second place by «Hand of social assistance» of the Central Kazakhstan Academy, the third place was taken by the team of Karaganda banking College «Law of social protection».
On October 30, 2019, the senior lecturer, Iskalieva M.S., conducted a platinum lecture for students of the Customs business educational program with the participation of the head of the Department of Customs Administration of the State Revenue Department, Akbiev M.K. on the topic: “Electronic declaration”. Students took this meeting with great interest, meeting with a practitioner of the state revenue system. Akbiev M.K. answered numerous questions of students, and also noted the high level of training of KEU students in the specialty "Customs", which show their professionalism not only in practice, but also as employees of the Department of Customs Administration.
