This victory is a vivid confirmation of Amanbayeva A.’s high level of professionalism, strong academic potential, determination, and active civic position, as well as recognition of the relevance and social significance of the proposed project.
Grant project title: “Analysis of the Legal Literacy of Youth in the Cyber Space of Karaganda Region and Development of an Academic Course Based on International Best Practices.”

On December 11, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted a meeting for students studying under the state educational order with Akzira Serikkali, representative of JSC “Financial Center”. The meeting was held on the topic “Mandatory Work Requirement for Young Specialists.”
During the session, the speaker explained the key amendments introduced to Order No. 403, including:
- Exemption from mandatory work due to admission to a Master’s or PhD program;
- Deferment or exemption from the obligation in connection with military service;
- Maintaining the obligation in cases of academic dismissal, provided that the student is reinstated within the current or following academic year.

On December 4, 2025, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference on «Enhancing Anti-Corruption Policy and Ensuring Legal Compliance in Science and Higher Education under Digital Transformation».
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including the leadership of the Department of the National Security Committee of the Karaganda Region, the Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs for the Karaganda Region Zhandos Sheralyuly Sarsen, and the Prosecutor of the Kazbek Bi District of Karaganda city Arman Myltikbayuly Kassym.
The conference was held on the eve of several important dates:

"Choosing a job together!" – this was the motto of the Career Festival held on December 3, 2025, at KarU Kazpotrebsouz. Students and graduates received a unique opportunity to meet personally with potential employers, ask questions, and learn about real vacancies and career prospects in the region's leading companies and state structures.
At the opening of the festival, the university's rector, Yerkara Balkarovich Aymagambetov, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Emphasizing the importance of maintaining stable dialogue between employers and students, the rector noted that quality education is impossible without close integration with the real sector of the economy and state structures. It is precisely the university-employer-student communication that allows the parties to better understand each other's needs, identify common ground, and form joint pathways.

On November 29, the Regional Olympiad in the History of Kazakhstan among 11th-grade students was held at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. The event was organized jointly with the “Saryarka Daryny” Center. More than 100 students took part in the competition, representing the cities of Karaganda, Priozersk, Balkhash, Saran, Temirtau, as well as the Karkaraly district. The contest included essay writing, online testing, and intellectual stages.

On November 29, 2025, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted the International Scientific and Practical Online Conference «Psychology, Pedagogy, and Social Work: Theory and Practice of Interaction.»
The conference was organized by the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, and Social Work.

On November 27, 2025, a psychological training for the faculty and teaching staff was held at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
The goal of the training was to develop practical skills of mental self-regulation, increase stress resistance, and strengthen the psychophysiological well-being of the teaching staff. During the session, modern approaches to the prevention of emotional burnout and the maintenance of professional stability were reviewed.
Participants were introduced to scientifically based methods of stress management, self-regulation techniques, as well as practical tools aimed at increasing the effectiveness of communication within the team. The methods presented are focused on improving the quality of professional activity, forming a resourceful state, and creating a favorable academic environment.
The event was organized by the Department of Human Resources Management and conducted by the university psychologist Zh.A. Abdina.
The university will continue its work on implementing programs aimed at supporting and developing human potential, strengthening employee well-being, and forming comfortable working conditions.

The Regional Forum with International Participation «Kazakhstan: From Digital Registers to Intelligent Solutions – Strategy for the Transformation of Public Administration» was successfully held on November 26, 2025, at Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
The event brought together representatives of government bodies, universities, the IT industry, NGOs, and the scientific community to discuss key priorities, challenges, and practical approaches to integrating artificial intelligence into public administration.
Moderator of the forum: Mr. Serikzhan Baibosynov – Director of the Karaganda Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On November 20, 2025, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz hosted a student debate titled “Human Factor vs Artificial Intelligence: Who Will Win on the Labor Market?” The event was organized as part of the preparation for the University Career Festival.
Active and motivated students took part in the debate, engaging in a discussion about key questions of the future:
- Will the human role remain essential in professional activities?
- Or will artificial intelligence become the main competitor?
During the debate, participants analyzed the impact of AI on various fields — education, management, public services, creative industries, and the public sector. They also highlighted the importance of uniquely human competencies such as critical thinking, emotional intelligence, ethics, adaptability, and communication.
The jury highly evaluated the students’ preparation, argumentation skills, and the culture of academic debate. The winners will be awarded at the Career Festival on December 3.
The event contributed to the development of students’ analytical abilities, public speaking skills, and professional awareness, demonstrating that the labor market of the future will be shaped by the synergy between technology and human competencies.

The 18th International Subject Olympiad was held at Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, bringing together more than 25 teams from 13 educational institutions of Kazakhstan, Russia, and CIS countries. The event united students from leading universities, colleges, and secondary schools. The main goal of the Olympiad was to identify talented youth, develop their analytical skills, and strengthen international cooperation in the training of modern economists and finance specialists.
The Olympiad was organized by the faculty members of the Department of Finance, led by Doctor of Economics, Professor L.A. Talimova.
The competition program was conducted in a team-based format and included participants from Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Kazan Cooperative Institute, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, and other major educational centers. Participants demonstrated a high level of professional knowledge by solving current financial and economic case studies.
The geography of the Olympiad covered cities from Moscow to Atyrau and Karaganda, confirming the high international status and professional significance of the event.
According to the results, first place and the Grand Prix were awarded to the team of Gymnasium No. 1 of Karaganda. Second place was shared by Kuban State Agrarian University, Turan University, and the first team of Karaganda Banking College. Third place was taken by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Kazan Cooperative Institute, and the College of Economics, Business and Law.
All prize winners received trophies and honorary diplomas.
After the Olympiad, colleagues and participants from different countries sent numerous positive feedback messages, noting the high level of organization, the strong academic content of the competition, and the professionalism of the organizing team.
