Cooperation between universities and the business community plays an important role in training competitive and in-demand specialists. This partnership provides students with the opportunity to gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience, which significantly increases their chances of successful employment.
Business provides the real-world experience needed to build professional skills. Internships, participation in projects, trainings - all this contributes to students’ better understanding of real working conditions. Companies are interested in “growing” their own specialists.
