From 1 to December 15, 2016 PhD students M.Ayaganova, A.Kernebayev, N.Kuttybayeva, Zh.Muratbekova of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz had been passing foreign scientific training in the leading European Universities and scientific organizations, such as: the Technical University of Sofia (Bulgaria), Sofia University named after St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria), Research Institute of Eastern and South-Eastern Europe ( Germany).
PhD candidate's presented the results of research works to the foreign scientific leaders, questions discussed on dissertation researches. PhD candidate's took an active part in a roundtable discussion "The development of the hi-tech enterprises", which was carried out with the joint work of Technical university of Sofia and KEU, was a participant of a plenary session of the X-th International Youth Scientific Conference "Technical science. Industrial management", it was organized for PhD candidate's, post-doctoral candidates and young scientists from around the world, participated in a research seminar on "Steps of contract enforcement: The Lawyer's Guide for the Applied Economist", which was held on the basis of Institute of a research of Eastern and Southeast Europe.
By results of a scientific training, all doctoral candidates have received positive reviews from the foreign scientific consultants.
Students and undergraduates of the department of information systems participated in the I International youth school - conference "Information technologies and modeling of processes in basic and applied research", which sostoyalas15-17 December 2016. School-conference was organized by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, together with the Astrakhan State Architecture and Construction University.
The purpose of the school conference - increasing the effectiveness of innovation in solving the urgent problems of our time, as well as providing an interdisciplinary symposium for young scientists, engineers and teachers to discuss the latest trends and practical problems arising from the development and use of information technology and modeling techniques.

On 9 December held a round table in which have taken part student of group SW-32 Shataeva Nazim in Astana. The participants of the Round table "Development of alternative boarding schools of medical social services to persons with mental illness and mental disorders" — the representatives of Executive and legislative authorities, heads and specialists of healthcare and social development, government agencies, representatives of consumers of mental health services, research centres and universities, heard and discussed the reports and communications on the issue. The organizers of this project was the NGO "ASRU" — NGO "Association of social workers, disabled people and volunteers" supported by a Grant from the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan.
After the event, the roundtable participants visited the exhibition "I DECIDE — I LIVE in" based on real stories of people with disabilities. Exhibition of Bulgarian authors Hope Georgieva (NAD) and Yana Burer Tavanier is carried out in the framework of the "Next step" Centre Bulgaria-for-profit Law (BCNL) with the support of Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan. The exhibition consisted of 16 visual blocks of text that tell the real stories of people with mental health problems, whose life changes for the better after the adoption of the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities. "I solved = I live in" was shown in many countries; it is highly relevant for Kazakhstan, where people with mental health disorders remain one of the most socially vulnerable groups of the population.
Department of "Ecology and evaluation" on the eve of the International Exhibition "EXPO-2017" December 10, 2016 held a workshop with the participation of regional representation "Coalition for a" green economy "and the development of G-Global». Annually held on December 12, Customs Day recognizes the role of custom officials and agencies in maintaining border security. This year, the customs authorities of the country celebrated 25 years. Department of general legal and special disciplines organized a trip to the Department of State Revenue of the Karaganda region for the students of specialty "Customs" and the College of Business, Economics and Law. Students with lecturers Syzdykova S.A. and Shatirishvili N.T. visited the Customs Clearance Center. The head of one of the DSR units Akbeev M.K. said about the activities of the customs service. In the 25 years of the customs authorities of Kazakhstan have come a long way of development: the number of customs officers increased, improved technical support of department.
On the 13th of December 2016 the department of "Accounting and audit" conducted a master class for students 3 and 4 courses of a specialty "Accounting and Auditing" on theme: "Accounting of foreign economic activity" with the participation of the Director of LLP "TabysAuditKonsalting" Underis E. Students learned features of accounting at the Eurasian Economic Union.
As part of the EU Erasmus + Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz together with 8 universities in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan constitutes a Central Asian center of teaching, learning and entrepreneurship (CentralAsiancenterforteaching, learningandentrepreneurship CACTLE).

From 4 to 11 December was another CACTLE meeting at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Vienna, Austria).
Within the framework of this meeting courses improving the teaching competence of university teachers were continued.
According to the results of annual courses KEUK coach will be certified by the Vienna University of Economics as a CACTLE coach.
On the 10th of December in the framework of proforientational work the Day of Open Doors “An accountant – the profession of the centuries and perspective” for the H-grade students and graduate students of college of profile specialities in Karaganda was conducted by the chair of “An accounting and audit”.
The students of H-grade of Karaganda schools took part in the day of open doors.
Students knew a lot of new information according to the speciality “Accounting and audit”, met the university, that has all necessary things for getting professional knowledge, took part in questionnaire: “Who wants to be an accountant”.
In KEU was meeting students with chairman social fund “Ray of hope”, deputy of Karaganda’s Maslikhat Kravchenko Tatyana Ivanovna. Tatyana Ivanovna working 18 years with kids, who have specially needs, and their parents.
For treatment and social adopted kids in created fund centre have all conditions: functions swimming pool; invite china’s masseurs; big attention to work therapy, fairy tales therapy, ito therapy. On summer kids going to horse’s school, where they can ride a horse. This fund helped own kids take a good profession.
That meeting left no one indifferent. Many students expressed wish to participate in volunteers movement our university, and now they ready provide help all in need.
We have functional theatre “Inspiration”, which in KEU etc. 2008. Talented students with pleasure visites lessons, take participation in choice repertoire, play in performance.
Recently students endured on the court viewers dram by Lermontov “Masquerade”, 180 years of writing which celebrates in this year.
Preparation performance was going two month. Students so emotions feel deeply plot of the dram, which played, don’t give in present professional artists.
Performance viewers liked, as our artist could show, what so value, like love, generosity, truth are staying actuality at the all time.
On December 20 in the Karaganda economic university of Kazpotrebsoyuz was carried out the round table on the subject "Consumer protection".
