The number of educational grants in the republic allocated for training at all levels of higher and postgraduate education is 88 thousand. Among them, there are 73 thousand for undergraduate studies.
Acceptance of documents is carried out:

- in the e-government portal https://egov.kz/
If you encounter difficulties when submitting documents for the competition on the e-government portal, a virtual admission committee has been launched for your convenience from 9:00 to 18:00. The virtual Admissions office will assist you online when submitting documents.
To participate in the competition for the award of state educational grants, the following documents are required:
- Certificate or diploma with an appendix + 3 copies;
- Certificate of the main UNT from 18.05.23 to 05.07.2023;
- 3 copies of the identity card;
- Medical certificate Form 075-u + fluorography snapshot;

PhD, leading researcher - postdoctoral fellow, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Innovation Salauatova D., Professor of the Department of Management and Innovation Tleuberdinova A. as part of the implementation of the grant project AR14972652 "Diversification of the economy of the Ulytau region through the development of the tourism industry" (supervisor Salauatova D.) to test the interim results of the study, they participated in the IATE PhD workshop and made a presentation at the 7th QATEM seminar "Quantitative approaches in the economy and management of tourism", organized by the International Association of Tourism Economists (IATE) and the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (LARSH) in Valenciennes (France), June 28-30, 2023.
The conference of employees and students of Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz to discuss the draft university development program for 2023-2029, which took place on June 29, 2023, was an important event to discuss the strategic development of the university for the next six years.
The event was attended by university employees, including faculty, administrative staff, as well as students and other interested parties. The purpose of the event was to discuss the draft development program, which will be focused on achieving the strategic goals of the university during the specified period.
The following aspects of the development of the university are presented at the conference:
- an overview of the current state of the KarU of Kazpotrebsoyuz: an analysis of the achievements, problems and challenges that the university is currently facing.
- clarification of strategic goals: determination of the main directions for the development of the university for the period 2023-2029, including improving the quality of education, stimulating scientific research, developing infrastructure and other priorities.
- identification of specific programs and activities: discussion of projects and initiatives that will help achieve the goals.
- financial issues: diversification of possible sources of funding in the distribution of the budget between different projects.
The organized conference provided an opportunity for participants to express their views, ask questions and offer ideas on the development agenda.
The voiced proposals will be taken into account in the final formation of the development program of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz for 2023-2029, which will allow the university to develop in accordance with the expectations and needs of employees and students, as well as achieve the set strategic goals.

On May 25, 2023, the NU "National Agency for Accreditation and Rating" (registration number AB4734) successfully accredited the joint educational program of the master's program "Technological Entrepreneurship", developed and implemented by two Kazakhstani universities - Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz and East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbaev.
The master's program is aimed at training highly qualified economists-managers who are capable of active entrepreneurial activity, designing, conducting and evaluating a business in a rapidly developing business area and sustainable economic development.
The uniqueness of the JEP "Technological Entrepreneurship" lies in the enhanced promotion of the entrepreneurial skills of modern business creators for business development with the positioning of the concept of sustainable development. JEP is designed for enhanced entrepreneurial training of people who, as a rule, do not have a basic economic education.

On June 21, 2023, a meeting of the Commission on the personal distribution of university graduates studying under the state educational order was held at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, under the leadership of the Rector of the University, Doctor of Economics, Professor E. B. Aimagambetov.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", graduates of bachelor's and master's degree programs studying under the state educational order must work at enterprises of various forms of ownership for at least three years. For graduates of the doctoral level, these are higher educational institutions and research institutes.
Today, most of the grant graduates have a place of work, the rest plan to continue their studies at the next degree of education or start working after a summer vacation.
Deans of faculties, heads of departments, heads of structural divisions of the university also took part in the work of the commission on personal distribution.

On July 21, 2023, the National Office of the Erasmus+ Program in Kazakhstan organized an Information Day, which was held on the zoom platform. The purpose of the event is not only to familiarize participants with the requirements and innovations of the Erasmus+ program, but also to present existing projects in order to disseminate the experience of submitting applications.
Members of the project group “European practice of sustainable development management towards green transformation” (101082914 - EPOS - ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH) took an active part in the event. Project manager, director of the Center for Multilingualism of the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship Asanova M.A. not only gave practical recommendations for participating in projects within the Jean Monnet program, which were gratefully received by representatives of other universities, but also gave a presentation of her current project.

Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz is positioned in the region as a university open to innovation and cooperation, in which the professional and personal growth of future specialists is given great importance. Therefore, the Festival of transformational psychological games "Guide to Yourself" organized by the VIP Vocational Training Center was held within the walls of our university, which acted as the general partner of this event.
On June 10-11, 2023, representatives of the psychological community of Kazakhstan, coaches from business structures, practicing psychologists, held master classes on mastering modern psychological practices of conducting transformational games, introduced about forty transformational games with participants, including teachers and students of educational programs "Psychology and Management in Education" and "Social Work" to the relevant tools of self-knowledge and self-development, conducted by fifteen igropractors and masters, specialists of various supporting professions from Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Moscow.
Organizational issues of the Festival, as noted by the organizers and participants, were promptly and at a high level resolved by the staff of the Chair of Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Work and volunteer students – future psychologists and social workers. The experience that our students have received is unique both in terms of content and format of the event.

On May 30, 2023, the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz took part in the republican forum "Development of the psychological service of the University of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was held in Almaty.
The forum was held on the basis of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, was organized by the sector "Psychological Service".
The forum was attended by more than 80 psychologists, faculty and vice-rectors from 58 universities from all over the republic.
On behalf of our university, the lecturer of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Work Isaev Aituar Aitymovich took part in this forum.
In the first part of the event, an educational training was held by associate professor, Associate Professor of Psychological Sciences, PhD - Manshuk Askarovna on the topic "Prospects for the development and integration of psychological services".
Also at this forum, a psychological notebook "Get inspired" was presented, compiled by psychologists of KazNPU. Abaya is specially for students.
The participants were awarded certificates following the results of the forum.
On June 6, 2023, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz participated in a online meeting with the Chairman of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of RSE "KazStandard", "National Center for Accreditation", Departments of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic Kazakhstan, JSC "National Center for Expertise and Certification" with universities providing training in the field of standardization, certification and metrology. Together with the Department of Commodity Science and Certification, the experience and problems of implementing educational programs, the possibility of further cooperation and increasing the rating and prestige of educational programs in standardization, metrology and certification were discussed.
