Platinum lecture by a judge for future lawyers

On December 06, 2024, a platinum lecture was held at the Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz as part of the work of the CPC. The guest of honor was Tursunov Daniyar Maratovich, judge of the district court no.2 Kazybekbiysky district of the city of Karaganda.

Senior students got acquainted with the stages of judicial reform in Kazakhstan, problematic issues of the procedure for holding court sessions in civil proceedings. Special attention was paid to the observance of the principles of justice, transparency and equality of the parties in the civil process.

During the dialogue, the issues of specifics of the settlement of civil disputes, the main stages of the court session, the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the procedural features of the consideration of cases were discussed, which allowed students not only to expand their theoretical knowledge, but also to familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of judicial activity.

The lecture aroused the interest of students, who actively asked questions on topics related to the practice of judges, procedural nuances and specifics of resolving civil disputes.

Such cooperation with representatives of the judicial system contributes to the formation of professional training for future lawyers.

CirculEC aims to integrate the principles of circular economy and sustainable development into educational programs. This opens new opportunities for students and contributes to preparing professionals ready to address modern ecological and economic challenges.

  • A survey of employers was conducted to analyze satisfaction with graduate training quality and identify labor market needs.
  • Opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders and regional companies were demonstrated.

  • Companies emphasized the importance of incorporating sustainable development concepts into specialist training.

On November 27, within the walls of Kazpotrebsoyuz University, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Jean Monet project No. 101127488 "Modern eco-technologies for sustainable development: the experience of EU countries and Kazakhstan", a round table on the topic "The role of eco-technologies in the global decarbonization strategy" was held.
