Visiting the nursing home «Grace»

October 4, 2019 in the nursing home "Grace" youth resource center of Karaganda region together with representatives of the volunteer club "VOLTEQ", whose members are 1st year students of the faculty of business and law of Karaganda economic University, was held a festive charity event " Қарттар асыл қазынам " dedicated to the day of older people.
The Kazakh people have long considered the elderly wealth and always treated with respect to the older generation. The main purpose of the event is to educate the young generation of moral qualities and charity.
The students prepared a concert program, in which the elderly themselves took part with pleasure. One big family all participants sang songs on karaoke, danced and played different games.

«Platinum» lecture

In the center of educational television KEUK «platinum» lecture of the Deputy Director of social and psychological service on social issues of LLP MF «Hippocrates» Nesterova B. A. on «Social work in institutions of penitentiary system took place. Activity of probation service» for students of educational programs «Social work» and «Fundamentals of law and Economics».
The lecture revealed the specifics of medical and social work and psychological and pedagogical support of probationers, features and mechanisms of their re-adaptation and re-socialization, as well as the possibility of using case management technology in social and educational activities.

Career guidance within the walls of KEUK

October 3, 2019 under the guidance of associate Professor of «Financial markets and Banking management» Borisova E.I. was organized introductory career guidance work in the walls of KEUK for graduates of SG № 1 of Karaganda.
As practice proves, holding such events increases the influx of school graduates to Universities and contribute to the choice of specialties.
Graduates of SG №1 of Karaganda were shown the sights of our University, infrastructure, classrooms, libraries, sports halls and more.
Students received full information about the University, specialties and other opportunities.

October 3, 2019 in KEUK Department "Banking management and financial markets" organized a meeting with the head of the AIFC Alibaev N.S, with the participation of students majoring in "Finance".
The purpose of this event is to familiarize with the activities of the AIFC and cooperation with the organization.
Astana international financial center ( AIFC) is a financial hub for the countries of Central Asia, Transcaucasia, the EAEU, the Middle East, Western China, Mongolia and Europe. The AIFC will be located on the territory of EXPO-2017 and will use modern infrastructure and advanced technologies.
The main activities of the AIFC are capital market development, asset management, wealth management of wealthy individuals, Islamic Finance, new financial technologies.
Following the meeting, students received a lot of information about the AIFC asked questions and showed that they are ready for close cooperation with the organization.

Youth tournament «Student League: The Cup of purity»

The team of students «Eco-Life»of the Department «Ecology and assessment» took part in the city youth tournament «Student League: Cup of purity», which was held within the closing XV city labor season of youth labor groups «Zhasyl El».
For active participation the team of Karaganda economic University was awarded the Cup of purity for the 3rd place.
