On March 28, the 11th International Week “Academy of International Lecturers – Contemporary Trends in Applied Sciences” began at the partner university of Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz – Kodolányi János University of Applied Sciences (Budapest, Hungary). The purpose of the event is to gain intercultural experience, share knowledge among students, faculty, strengthen partnerships. Lecturers of our university honorably represented the university by taking part in the sections of the scientific and practical conference «Global Englishes “Seizing the Day”: Current Research in Global Englishes», workshops, such as: «Developing a Green Economy Module for Higher Education Business Studies», «Smart Services in Higher Education» and «Covid-19 and the Digitalization of HE».
I, Kravtsova Arina, a 3rd year student of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, specializing in World Economy, returned from the Janos Kodolany University (Hungary), where I studied for one semester under the academic mobility program from February 20, 2020 to May 25, 2020. In accordance with the educational agreement, 30 credits are credited to my transcript; the number of subjects passed is 6: Accounting Fundamentals International Business Law and Regulation International Project Management Green Economy 1 - Environmental and Alternative Economics International Law Green Economy 3 - Sustainable Business Model Innovation University named after Janos Kodolany is the largest private university in Hungary. The relationship with the teachers and staff of the university developed very well, they supported us in everything, willingly went to meet us. At the end of March, we switched to distance education due to the pandemic, the organization and process of distance learning was at a high level. We also worked in teams, created our own projects and protected them. I am very grateful to the Hungarian University for excellent teaching, help in any questions and attitude. Our group consisted exclusively of foreign (for Hungary) students from Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, many countries of the European Union and even Mexico, Japan and Brazil. All the guys were determined not only to study together and help each other in their studies, but also to communicate outside the classrooms, to learn about the culture of other countries. It was also a valuable experience for me. The most vivid impression was left by the teacher of disciplines: Environmental and Alternative Economics, Sustainable Business Model Innovation- Dr. Horváth Bálint, who turned out to be an incredible person with a lot of experience and professional knowledge. Giving us various creative assignments and raising current, today, questions and problems in lectures, he increased our interest in his subjects and topical global issues and their solution. Having successfully passed the session, I received high scores, confirming my professional knowledge. Of course, at first there were difficulties, but then I got used to the educational system at the university. It is very interesting to get to know another culture and traditions get experience in education abroad and meet different people from different countries. Therefore, I recommend to all students: do not miss the opportunities for development and personal growth. I would like to sincerely express my gratitude to our university and rector, Yerkar Balkaraevich Aimagambetov, for the opportunity given to study at one of the best foreign universities, as well as to our International Center, which helped with all the documentation and emerging issues.

In a foreign university, I studied disciplines such as the Tax System (Ph.D. Pavel Semerad), Management (Ph.D. Elena Chladkova), International Marketing (Ph.D. Yana Turchinkova), International Business Culture and Communications (Ph.D Sylvia Formankova), Business Economics (Ph.D. Pavel Syrovatka), Principles of European Integration in a Global Perspective (prof. Ph.D. Lubor Lachina). Mendel University in Brno is one of the oldest universities in the Czech Republic and the oldest higher education institution in the Czech Republic in the field of agriculture and forestry. The university is named after the outstanding scientist in the field of genetics - Gregor Mendel. It was founded with the direct participation of President T. G. Masaryk in 1919 and was originally called the Higher Agricultural School in Brno. It is a state institution of higher education, funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the Czech Republic. It includes five faculties, as well as a separate “Lifelong education” - the Institute of Continuing Education. Currently, more than 10 thousand students study at the University. Along with Czech students, students from Germany, Poland, Austria, France, Finland, Croatia and others studied with us. Accordingly, the training took place in English, the level of English among students and teachers was at a high level. We worked in groups with other students, which allowed us not only perform tasks together, but also share their horizons, culture and traditions of their countries. Final scores were exhibited in accordance with presentations of design work and final exams. At the weekend, I managed to visit various cities of the Czech Republic, as well as other European countries, for example Germany. Of course, all the knowledge gained during training will be useful to me both in everyday life and in a future career. Period of my semester studies at the University of Mendel is the time to gain invaluable experience in studying in a completely different university tradition, acquiring acquaintances that will be useful in the future, and, on the whole, versatile development and broadening of one's horizons. The University of Florence is one of the oldest universities in Italy and in Europe, founded in 1321. It is located in the top ten universities in Italy. The university has 10 different faculties. University students have access to a university library, a support structure for teaching, research, professional and cultural activities of students and professors. Alongside with Italian students, I studied with students from Germany, Poland, Australia, France, Finland and other European countries. Accordingly, the studies took place in English, level of English language among students and teachers was at a high level. We worked in groups with other students, which allowed us not only perform tasks together, but also share their horizons, culture and traditions of their countries. Final scores were exhibited in accordance with presentations and final exams. Over the weekend, I managed to visit various cities of Italy. Of course, all the knowledge gained during training will be useful to me both in everyday life and in a future career. I, Abdukayumov Temur, the 4th-year student of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, in specialty of International relations, was trained in the academic mobility program at the University of Babesh-Bolyai, Cluj-Napoca, Romania in the period from November 5, 2019 to January 28, 2020. At the University, I studied such subjects as Modern economic systems, Terrorism and security threats, theories of International Relations, theories of European Integration, Analysis of international relations, Foreign policy and diplomacy. Today, the University of Babes-Bolyai is considered to be the largest by the educational standards of Eastern Europe. The second place among the most prestigious Universities in Romania allows the University of Babes Boliai to remain one of the most prestigious places of higher education in the country. In the national academic ranking, UBB has never left the top five. Along with Romanian students, we also trained students from Georgia, Bulgaria, England, Moldova, and Finland. Accordingly, the training was conducted in English, and the teachers ' level of English was at a high level. The most interesting and impressionable thing was how many-sided the training sessions were in different formats of students ' education. We worked in groups with other students, which allowed us not only to perform tasks together, but also to share our Outlook, culture and traditions of our countries. The final grades were set in accordance with the final exams conducted , as well as on the basis of attendance and academic performance during the semester. Also on weekends, in addition to training, we got acquainted with the culture of the eternal historical city of Cluj-Napoca and its inhabitants, attending various cultural events. Of course, all the knowledge gained during training will be useful to me both in everyday life and in my future career. The period of my semester of study at Babesh-Bolyai University for me is a time of getting invaluable experience of studying in a completely different University tradition, acquiring skills of establishing communications with people from different countries. I am Murtazina Tatyana, bachelor student of 4 year of the Karaganda Economic University by specialty “World Economy” . have studied under the program of academic mobility at Sofia University. St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria from October 1, 2019 to January 28, 2020. At the university I have studied the following disciplines: Business English, Money Banking and Financial, Contemporary trends in HR Management and Public Finance. Sofia University. St. Kliment Ohridski is the oldest university in Bulgaria. It has the name of one of the founders of Slavic writing. It has the best material base from all universities in Bulgaria. The building, one of the architectural monuments of Sofia, occupies 36,000 square meters. It has 324 premises, in which there are 65 classrooms with 6,000 seats. On the territory of Sofia University there are: university library, publishing house, computer center, botanical garden, research sector, center for oriental languages and culture, center for information society technologies, center for research programs, career guidance center. Having arrived at the university, all foreign students were gathered to receive further information regarding their studies. Besides us, there were also students from Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain. The entire learning process was in English. During in the classes there were discussions of topics, solving problems of cases and situational tasks, works in groups. Each subject was held once a week for a duration of 2-4 hours. The final grades were obtained on the basis of our projects, essays, tests and presentations. The schedule was not busy, so we still had time to visit other places in Bulgaria, for example, Plovdiv, which is the cultural capital of Europe, Vitosha Mountain, Kopitoto. Also there was a trip to Romania organized for foreign students, where we visited the capital - Bucharest, Brasov, Count Dracula's Castle and Peles Castle. Studying in Bulgaria is a huge experience for me and all knowledges that I got will be useful not only in a future career, but also in everyday life. I would like to thank my university and our rector Aymagambetov Erkara Balkaraevich for such an opportunity to study at one of the best universities in Bulgaria, as well as the international department, which helped us with the collection of documents and overcoming difficulties.
I am Karaman Symbat, the 3rd-year student of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, majoring in Finance, was trained in the academic mobility program at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Sofia, Bulgaria in the period from October 1, 2019 to January 28, 2020. At the University, I studied such subjects as Business English, Entrepreneurship, Money, banking and financial markets, Marketing, and Modern trends in human resource management – HR management. Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” is the first school of higher education in Bulgaria. It is named after Archbishop Kliment of Ohridski, one of the founders of Slavic writing. It was founded in 1888. The modern building was built in 1924-1934. It has 16 faculties, 3 departments. The faculty where I studied is called the Stopan faculty. The University included many students from different countries. All courses were conducted by experienced teachers in English. In the course of my studies, working together with other students, I was able to learn a lot of new and interesting things, including the culture of different countries, as well as tell about the culture and traditions of my country for other students. In addition to studying, I visited various beautiful places with my new friends. The knowledge I have gained will be useful to me in my future career choice and in everyday life. And the experience of mobility has undoubtedly made me more independent and responsible. I , Turkeshev Yerassyl, 2nd year bachelor student of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, specialty «World Economy», have studied at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Sofia, Bulgaria under the program of academic mobility, for the period since October 1 2019 till January 28 2020. In university I have studied such subjects as: • Business English • Money, Banking and Financial markets • Entrepreneurship • Marketing • Contemporary trends in HR management Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" is one of the largest and most respected universities in Sofia. At the moment, the university has 16 faculties, whose buildings are located throughout the city. The university also has its own computing and sports centers, as well as structures to support students' professional and cultural activities. The studying was held in English. In addition to Bulgarian students, classes were attended by students from France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Japan and the USA. The educational process was interesting and informative. During the classes, professors used various methods, technologies and did everything possible to interestingly and fully convey the taught material to students. This also contributed to a high level of knowledge of the English language. Indeed, often students asked additional questions during the training. To which we have always been given competent and explanatory answers, in connection with which during the training there were no misunderstandings. Final grades were set taking into account project and research works, mid-term and final exams, and the student’s attendance and overall performance during classes were also taken into account. In our free time, in addition to classes, we visited various cultural events, architectural and historical monuments, thereby getting acquainted with the culture of Bulgaria. During the winter holidays, we also managed to visit Romania. We have visited and walked the streets of cities such as Bucharest, Brasov, Sinai, personally saw Bran Castle and Peles Castle. The knowledge and experience gained during the education will be useful to me in the following years of studying, in my future career and everyday life. The time spent at the University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and in Sofia, in particular, positively influenced me and my personal qualities. I gained invaluable experience, gained knowledge, improved my communication skills, and also got acquainted with the culture and customs of this country. In the period from 08 to 15 December 2019, senior lecturer of the Department "General Legal and special disciplines" Almas Sabitovich Orynbekov visited the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) in the framework of the international program Erasmus+. In addition to a series of lectures delivered to students and undergraduates on the discipline "Fundamentals of combating corruption", he held a number of meetings with the faculty of law of the University of Ljubljana and researchers of the criminological Institute of the University of Ljubljana. The University of Ljubljana is the oldest University in the country, with more than 64 thousand students and more than 5,600 teachers. One of the largest universities in Europe, comprising 22 faculties, 3 academies of arts and a College.
