The event held for curators and the student community of KEUK on the topic: "The modern religious situation in Kazakhstan: relationship between religion and the state"
On November 25, 2020, at the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, the Faculty of Business and Law and Technology, the Department of Social Work and KPA, a lecture was held for the curators and all students of the university on the topic: "The modern religious situation in Kazakhstan: relationship between religion and the state" by a senior teacher, PhD Tutinova N.E. The audience was provided with information on the relationship between religion and state in the modern Republic of Kazakhstan and on religious problems that grow within the country every year. In 2017, full information was provided on the specific quantitative indicators of officially registered confessions and religious associations representing them, as well as on non-traditional religious movements that give rise to socio-cultural conflicts existing in Kazakhstan, and ways to combat them. In addition, the consequences of non-traditional religious movements, the work carried out with sites with destructive content, and the work carried out by the state in this direction were widely covered. At the end of the lecture, students were able to ask their questions and get answers.
