On November 19-20, 2020, the Cluster Meeting "Impact of Erasmus + Higher Education Capacity Development Projects in Central Asia (CA)", organized by the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture (EACEA) of the European Commissions. The purpose of the Cluster Meeting is to determine the impact and sustainability of the results of the E + EHEE projects in each of the CA countries and at the regional level. The meeting is attended by about 400 participants. At this meeting KEUK is represented by the COMPLET project. The meeting was attended by the project coordinator from KEUK S.A. Mulikova.
On November 18, 2020, as part of the roadmap for the implementation of the Memorandum of understanding and cooperation between qaztechventures JSC and the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz TBI "Dostyk Coworking center" organized the participation of students in the online master class "the Role of QazTechVentures in the development of the startup ecosystem of Kazakhstan" with the participation of O. Altaev, Director of the Department for business incubation and acceleration of QazTech Ventures JSC.
The event was aimed at developing students ' competencies in the field of technological entrepreneurship. Altaev Olzhas spoke about how to create an incubator, how to work with startups and what an investor is looking for in projects, as well as the role of QazTech Ventures in the development of startup ecosystems.
At the end of the event, the speaker thanked the participants and answered their questions.

On November 17, underis E., financial Director of Tabysauditconsulting LLP, held a master class on "Financial reporting" in an online format. The master class was attended by the faculty of the Department, students of the educational program "Accounting and audit", "Finance", "Economics", "World economy". Students got acquainted with the procedure for forming all forms of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of IFRS for small and medium-sized businesses.
On 19.11.2020, at 11: 00 a.m., a researcher of the ELR research Institute, m.l. s. Orynbekov A. S. held an online scientific seminar for KEUK undergraduates on the topic "Assistance of the Dostyk Coworking center in the research work of undergraduates "on the basis of the Zoom platform.
Orynbekov A. S. said that all the necessary conditions have been created for fruitful work in the Dostyk Coworking center. It is divided into several territories, one of them is a recreation area. In the area equipped with computers with Internet access, they can get any information you need. In addition, undergraduates have the opportunity to use library and information resources of various formats by participating in master classes, seminars and trainings.
During the discussion, undergraduates were interested in opportunities to participate in events such as hackathons, startup weekends, and Hard day.
The master of sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in tourist all-around Mikhailov Daniil spoke about the development of tourist all-around in the Karaganda region and Kazakhstan, the prospects for the development of sports tourism and the organization of tourist trips at a meeting with students of the educational programs "Tourism" and "Physical culture and sports management".
For the first time, students learned about Daniil thanks to the video challenge “Starting the morning with sports” on the University's Instagram. Daniil is a student of the group FKiSM-20-5s, studying under the educational program "Physical culture and sports management". Since 2015, Daniil has been a multiple winner and medalist of the championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international competitions in tourist all-around.
On November 12, 2020, an online meeting of students with a sanitary doctor, a teacher of special disciplines of the Karaganda regional higher nursing College-Yergalieva Svetlana Sadvokasovna was held on the ZOOM platform.
At the meeting, the issues of prevention of covid-19 coronavirus infection, sanitary safety, as well as the rules for the use and use of protective equipment during the pandemic and quarantine regime were discussed.
On November 16, 2020, the Department of Social Work and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan held a round table on the topic "Modern education in the context of digitalization." The digitalization trend was identified by the roundtable participants as a key development vector in almost all areas of activity. The problems and difficulties of the digitalization process in the educational sphere of Kazakhstan were voiced in the speeches of T. Baltashova, student of group MO-19-1k, Smailova A., students of group MO-19-2, Rozhkov K., student of group F-19-2, Pronina O., student of group TUR-19-2. Summing up the results of the work, the organizers of the round table are Candidate of Philosophy, Professor M.V. Klishina, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor G.R. Seifullina, PhD, Senior Lecturer N.E. Tutinova noted that the digitalization trend is giving rise to a new paradigm of education based on an innovative technological platform, the demands of the labor market and society as a whole.
On November 11, 2020, the Institute of Economics, Finance and business of BashSU successfully hosted an international event that has already become a tradition–the XII scientific and practical conference "Modern Economics: theoretical and practical approaches", organized by the Department of General economic theory of inefb BashSU together with the Center for strategic and interdisciplinary research of the Ufa Federal research center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This year, for well-known reasons, the conference was completely held in a remote format online on the Zoom platform.
The importance of the international status of this conference is evidenced by the fact that every year an increasing number of students, undergraduates, postgraduates and young scientists from educational institutions of the States in the EurAsEC, SCO and other countries join the circle of active full-time, part-time and online participants. Thus, representatives of the Financial and economic Institute of Tajikistan (Dushanbe) and the Eastern University took an active part in the past scientific and practical conferences "Modern economy: theoretical and practical approaches". Mahmuda Kashgari-barskani (g. Bishkek, Republic of Kyrgyzstan), who spoke during the plenary session via videoconference. For the third year in a row, international online participants of this conference were representatives of the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (Karaganda, Republic of Kazakhstan). In addition, the participants of the event included young researchers from Karaganda industrial University (Temirtau, Republic of Kazakhstan), as well as representatives of China, Italy, and the United States. Expanding the geography of participants from research and educational centers in various countries fully corresponds to the priority areas of BashSU's activities in terms of establishing and developing international relations.
Then the participants of the event were welcomed by young scientists from the Republic of Kazakhstan under the leadership of the international member of the conference organizing Committee Saule Kaliyevna Mazhitova, candidate of economic Sciences, associate Professor, head of the Department. Department of marketing and logistics of the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (KEUK), as well as Zoya Salihovna Gelmanova, candidate of economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Economics and business of the Karaganda industrial University.
As a result of the conference, a 2nd-year student of OP "logistics" took 1st place. 2nd place was shared by students of 2,3 and 4 courses: Yana Skorodumova, Anastasia Zubova, Aida Eslyam, Herman Romanov.
