1. General Provisions
1. Admission to the Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz made in accordance with the Model Rules of admission to the organization of education, realizing professional training programs of higher education approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2012 № 111, as well as on Amending Resolution government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 2013 number 110, in accordance with paragraph 25) of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and these rules developed on their basis.
2. In the Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz (KEUK) prinimayutsyalitsa with secondary (general secondary), technical and vocational (primary and secondary vocational, post-secondary), higher education (higher vocational) education.
3. Acceptance of persons entering KEUK, carried out by placing the government order (educational grants), as well as tuition fees at their own expense of citizens and other sources.
Stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh nationality to persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be entitled to receive on a competitive basis in accordance with the state educational order free higher education, if the education they receive at this level for the first time.
The right to receive foreigners free higher education on a competitive basis in accordance with the state educational order determined by international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Acceptance of persons arriving in Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz, carried out by citizens' applications on a competitive basis according to points of the certificate issued by results of uniform national testing (UNT) or complex testing.
The reception of persons in KEUK with technical and vocational, post-secondary education (colleges) on related specialties on training to reduce the time on a fee basis by the results of complex testing.

7. Acceptance of applications for participation in complex testing is carried out by the selection committee of the University from June 20 to July 9, 2015. Comprehensive testing is conducted from 17 to 23 July 2015.
8. Comprehensive testing is conducted at the request of entering the Kazakh and Russian languages in volume of secondary education curricula in four subjects: Kazakh or Russian language (the language of instruction); History of Kazakhstan; mathematics; elective subject, is determined depending on the chosen specialty.

9. The number of tests in each subject 25. The correct answer to each test task is evaluated as one score. To complex testing is given 2 hours 30 minutes. Retake the test is not allowed.
10. An applicant may file an appeal. The Appeals Commission shall be created in each basic university. Controversial questions on the content of the test tasks and for technical reasons, considering the Republican appeal commission.
11. Applications for participation in the competition for educational grants are accepted from 23 to 31 July 2015.
12. To participate in the competition for educational grants coming submit to the selection committee of the university:
- A statement on the prescribed form;
- Certificate of education (original);
- Certificate of UNT or complex testing;
- Two photographs in the size 3x4;
- Medical information form 086;
- A copy of the identity document.

20. In case of an incoming educational loans issued by banks, the applicant shall be entered in the number of students KEUK by giving them an appropriate reference to the Bank of finding the documents under consideration.

26. According to the results of complex testing credited, having received technical and vocational (primary or secondary vocational, post-secondary) education in related specialties; Admission to the reduced educational programs with higher education - based on interviews (entrance test) at the university. Persons with a higher education diploma with honors by the decision of the selection committee shall be exempt from the interview (entrance test) at the university.
27. The term of study in absentia-remote form in all specialties - on the basis of higher education - 2 years, on the basis of secondary professional (post-secondary) education in related specialties - 3 years.
28. Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz is the authorized body in the field of education within ten days the final report on the organization and carrying out of receiving copies of orders on transfer students, as well as original holders of certificates of educational grant, give it up, and data entities (FI O., specialty), did not present themselves to the university.
