November 3, 2019 teachers of the department of Advanced Mathematics held Olympiad at mathematics among pupils of 9-11 grades of comprehensive secondary schools. 144 pupils from 22 schools took part in Olympiad, where the winners were determined:

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, K. A. Nevmatulina, Deputy Director of the Center for International programs, projects and Academic mobility, took part in the IV International week, held in the foreign partner University Santiago de Compostella (Spain) from 04 to 08 November 2019.
Participants of the IV International week were from more than 40 universities and 20 countries, such as-Russia, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jordan, Syria, Iran, etc.
"Transformation of management in the era of the digital economy"
As part of the “Management Week” on November 13, 2019, the Department of Management and Innovation organized a scientific master class “Transformation of Management in the Digital Economy”.
The speakers of the master class were Tasbulatova B. - exclusive Partner of Prof-Dialog LLC in Kazakhstan, Tulip Zh. Zh. - chief specialist of the State Institution “Health Care Administration of the Karaganda Region”, Otarbaev A. Zh. - head of the PIXEL project studio, chief project manager company "SAABR".
The master class was attended by representatives of schools in Karaganda, representatives of business structures, undergraduates and doctoral students of the university.
On November 7-8, 2019, the National Office of the Erasmus+ Program in Kazakhstan organized the Erasmus+ Information Day, which was held within the walls of the Almaty Technological University. The purpose of the event was to familiarize the participants with the requirements and innovations of the Erasmus+ program and national and regional priorities, as well as to give practical recommendations for the development of project applications and implementation of the projects.
Practical recommendations and advice on the participation and implementation of the project within the framework of the program of Jean Monnet, given by the senior lecturer of the Department of World Economy and International Relations and project coordinator Dinara Atabayeva, received positive feedback from the participants of the Information Day.
On November 7, an online conference was held, held by Bashkir State University in conjunction with the Department of Marketing and Logistics of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. During the broadcast, topical issues on the organization of interdisciplinary research, macroeconomic problems of the modern economy were discussed. The co-organizer of the conference, the head of the conference, acted on the Kazakhstan side. cafe “Marketing and Logistics” Mazhitova SK, student of the group Log-18-2 Gayvoronsky Vladislav with a report on the theme “Development of modern business in the digital economy”.
The conference was attended by the master teacher O. Privalova, students of the educational programs "Logistics", "Marketing", "Management".

Following the results of the conference, a collection will be compiled, including with the works of students from Kazakhstan.
