Round table within the framework of the annual Forum of Scientists, top managers of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan
On December 7, 2023, as part of the annual Forum of scientists from partner universities, top managers of the business community of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan, a round table consisting of four blocks was held at the university.

In the first block, there is a discussion of speeches by scientists from Partner universities on the topic: "Current trends in the sustainable development of the financial system in the context of digitalization and global risks."
In the second block, there is a discussion of speeches by top managers of the business community on the topic: "Implementation of new approaches in the preparation of an adaptive graduate model in accordance with modern labor market requirements" to identify relevant scientific and practical problems of the financial and economic system in the context of developing innovative approaches in the preparation of graduates of the Finance department that meet modern labor market requirements in conditions of digitalization and global risks, as well as updating the educational documents of the OP "Finance", with the involvement of partners, employers; interdisciplinary discussion of key issues on the development of new triggers in the context of expanding academic freedoms.
The third set of issues is the approval and consolidation of the topics of doctoral dissertations and scientific supervisors from the Department of Finance and the co-head of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; discussion of promising scientific directions and topics of scientific projects, including interdisciplinary ones, for participation in upcoming competitions for grant financing of scientific projects/programs, as well as participation in a competition for young scientists Zhas galim 2025-2027; expert assessment of employment through the prism of the opinions of employers and university graduate practitioners on the organization of the educational process of the OP "Finance"; expert assessment of top managers on the opening of a new joint educational program "Financial technologies in the digital economy"; conclusion of new memorandums of cooperation with representatives of the education system and the financial sector of the economy of Kazakhstan.
The round table was organized by the faculty of the Finance Department. This event served as an excellent platform for discussing the financial system as a whole, as well as the adaptation of graduates in accordance with modern labor market requirements.
