Financial Aid and Scholarships
More than 80% of the students at CEU receive financial aid, and Master’s degree students are eligible to apply for a wide range of financial aid packages, ranging from partial tuition scholarships up to full tuition and a stipend for living expenses. Doctoral Fellowships support studies for up to three years include tuition, health insurance, and a monthly stipend. US citizens are eligible to apply for US Federal Direct Student Loans. Additionally, CEU students may also apply for travel and research grants.

Career Paths
CEU provides students with qualifications and skills for successful careers with international organizations, governments, NGOs, global businesses, and other public and private sector institutions. CEU alumni include ambassadors, national and EU parlamentarians, UN officers, international affairs experts, economists, policymakers, business leaders, reseachers and academics. They can be found in the UN, OSCE and the World Bank, ministries of foreign affairs or in academic and research positions at Oxford, Harvard, the European University Institute Florence and other distinguished institutions.

Application Deadlines
Deadlines vary by department and program, January–May 2012:
- General deadline for all applicants regardless of whether they take CEU institutional TOEFL or submit language test scores themselvesis January 25, 2012.
- Deadline for all Erasmus Mundus programs for applicants who wish to receive financial aid is January 4, 2012.
- Deadline for applicants to MESPOM, Mundus MAPP and 1-year MA in Public Policy who do not apply for financial aid is May 4, 2012.
